The steel sculpture was commissioned by Sheffield City Council to form part of a riddle trail in the Botanical Gardens. Standing in a former Bear Pit the sculpture is intended to look slightly sad rather than vicious or humorous. It will change colour and texture over the years as the steel rusts. A riddle is cast onto panels around the base of the work.
